In 1606 Adam Cosham was a beneficiary of his father's Will, receiving £50 and his house, barns and outhouses with the associated land called Baylie in the parish of Waldron.

In 1613 Adam Cossam was bequeathed £5 from the Will of his grandfather John Taylor of Heathfield.
