In 1575 Elizabeth daughter of John Taylor was bequeathed 6 shillings 8 pence in the Will of her paternal grandfather Thomas Taylor of Heathfield.
1606 Elizabeth Cosham was the residuary legatee and sole executrix of her husband's Will.
In 1613 John Taylor of Heathfield bequeathed £5 each to his grandchildren John Cossam, Thomas Cossam and Adam Cossam, his daughter's children by Adam Cossam deceased.
