Gives & bequeaths 10 shillings to the poor people of Waldron parish.
Gives & bequeaths £50 to his son Adam Cosham, to be paid to him when he turns twenty-one. If his son Adam should die underage, he wills the same £50 to his son John Cosham. If John should die before turning twenty-one, he wills that his son Thomas Cosham should pay the said amount to his brother Adam.
Wills and bequeaths to his son Adam Cosham his house, barns and outhouses with the associated land called Baylie in the parish of Waldron.
Gives & bequeaths 12 pence each to his sons John Cosham and Thomas Cosham.
All the residue of his goods &c. he gives and bequeaths to his wife Elizabeth Cosham whom he makes sole executrix of his last will and testament.
