At the time of the 1861 England Census Harriet Barrow, age 25, born in Burwash Sussex, and husband Isaac Barrow, age 36, born in Hawkhurst Kent, groom & gardener, were living in Highgate, Hawkhurst Kent. Present were children Thomas (3) of Salehurst Sussex, and Harriet (11 mnths) of Goudhurst Kent.
At the time of the 1871 England Census Harriet Barrow, age 36, born in Burwash Sussex, and husband Isaac Barrow, age 46, born in Hawkhurst Kent, coachman, were living in Highgate, Hawkhurst Kent. With them were children Isaac Thomas (13) of Salehurst Sussex, scholar, Harriet (10) of Goudhurst Kent, scholar, and born in Hawkhurst: Caroline (8), scholar, Mary (4), scholar, and Elizabeth (2).
