Katherine subsequently married before 8 Dec. 1420 (date of conveyance) (as his 2nd wife) John RADCLIFFE, K.G. in right of his 1st wife, of Attleborough, Norfolk, Foxton and Newnham, Cambridgeshire, etc., and in right of his 2nd wife, of Billingford, East Ruston, and Thurning, Norfolk, and Holdgate, Acton Burnell, Onibury, etc., Shropshire... In the period, 1406-7, or 1417-24, John Radcliffe, Knt., then Constable of Bordeaux, was sued in Chancery by Giles de Taville, merchant, of Algarbe regarding wines captured in the barge St. Katherine of Spain, and sold at Fowey, Cornwall....
[John Radcliffe's] widow, Katherine, married before 1451 John Ferrers.He was appointed commissioner of array in Norfolk in 1450. In 1451 he and his wife Katherine, presented to the church of Billingford, Norfolk. 1

Contrary to some secondary sources, this is not the same Katherine Burnell who married John Stapleton of Dormington & Staplelton, Esq., as the sons of this couple, Hugh & John, were roughly the same age as this Katherine Burnell.
