Predeceased his father, dying of the flux in camp before the Siege of Harfleur. His widow, Elizabeth, is named in a roll of the receiver of her late father, Michael de la Pole the elder, and her brother Michael, the younger, dated 1416-7, she then being assigned £13 6s. 8d. yearly for her maintenance. Elizabeth was a legatee in the 1419 Will of Elizabeth Elmham. She married on or about 30 Jun 1422 (date of property settlement) (as his 1st wife) Thomas Kerdeston, Knt. 1
