Martin Gubbs died without making a will. An inventory of the goods, chattels & credits of Martyn Gubbs of the town of Penzance, shop keeper, was taken on 29 Feb 1715/6 by Henry Michell and Zacharias Walters. Sum total: £24 17s.
Bond upon Administration of his goods &c. was granted to his widow, Chestina Gubbs, on 8 May 1716. Bondsmen: Henry Michell of Penzance, yeoman, and Hannibal Sandry of Penzance, yeoman. 2
