In 1851 John Vivian, aged 54, born in Camborne Cornwall, General Medical Practitioner, and wife Maryann Vivian, aged 52, born in Devonport, Devon, were living in Townsend, Crowan. With them were children (born in Marazion) Banfield Teague (27), General Medical Practitioner, Lavinia (24), and Julia (21).
In 1861 John Vivian, aged 63, born in Camborne, Licenciate of the Apothecaries, Corn., Regst'd General Practitioner, and wife Mary Ann Vivian, aged 61, born in Devonport, were living in Townsend, Crowan. With them were sons Banfield P. [sic] (37) of Marazion, Licenciate of the Apothecaries, Corn., Regst'd General Practitioner, and John (21) of Crowan, student in medicine.
In 1871 John Vivian, aged 74, born in Camborne, L.S.A. General Practitioner, was visiting his widowed niece Jullia Bickford (43) of Camborne, in St. Hilary.
