In 1799 Grace Hockin daughter of Richard Hockin was named as a beneficiary in her grandmother's will.

In 1828 Grace the wife of Wm Sincock of Illogan was bequeathed £50 in the will of her aunt Jane Hockin, spinster.

In 1841 Grace Sincock, aged about 50, born in the county, and husband Willm. Sincock, aged about 45, born in the county, mine agent, were living in Ivy Cottage, Illogan, Cornwall. With them were sons Benjamin (18), mine clerk, and John (10).

In 1851 Grace Sincock, aged 60, born in Illogan Cornwall, and husband William Sincock, aged 57, born in Illogan, copper mine agent, were living in Ford's Row, Redruth, Cornwall. With them was son John (19) of Illogan, engineer on railroad.

In 1871 Grace Sincock, aged 81, born in Illogan, and husband Wm. Sincock, aged 77, born in Illogan, accountant, were living in Ford's Row, Redruth. With them was granddaughter Julia Maria Sincock (14) of Redruth, scholar.
