In 1851 John Sincock, aged 19, born in Illogan Cornwall, engineer on railroad, was with his parents in Ford's Row, Redruth.

In 1871 John Sincock, aged 39, born in Cornwall, engineer foreman, and wife Mary A. Sincock, aged 44, born in Cornwall, were living at 6 Hagley Road, Edgbaston, Warwickshire. With them were Jane C. (14) of Manchester, scholar, and Thomas W. (7) of Birmingham, scholar.

In 1873 John Sincock of Chester-road Birmingham in the county of Warwick, engineer, was co-executor of his father's will.

In 1881 John Sincock, aged 49, born in Illogan Cornwall, engineer, manager of W-----, and wife Mary Ann Sincock, aged 53, born in Redruth Cornwall, were living in Soho Road 2 Brampton Villa, Handsworth, Staffordshire. Present were children Jane C. (24) of Mancester Lancashire, and Thomas W. (17) of Birmingham Warwickshire, draughtsman.

In 1901 John Sincock, aged 69 , born in Pool Cornwall, married*, tobacconist, was living at 183 High Street, St. Paul Deptford London.

John married Mary Ann Dungey, daughter of Thomas Dungey and Frances Phillips, on 3 Aug 1855 in Redruth, Cornwall. (Mary Ann Dungey was born about 1827 in Redruth, Cornwall and died in 1917 in Clapton, Middlesex, England, aged 91 years.)

  Marriage Notes:

At Redruth, on the 3rd instant, by the Rev. -- Symes, John, fourth son of Capt. William Sincock, to Mary Ann, eldest daughter of T. Dungey, upholsterer.
