In 1841 Jane the wife of John Curgenven was a beneficiary of her father's will.

In 1841 Jane Curgenven, aged about 50, born in the county, and husband John Curgenven, aged about 55, born in the county, farmer, were living in Trequite, St. Kew, Cornwall. With them were children: Jane (20), James (12).

In June 1850 Jane Curgenven, widow, was granted Administration of her husband's goods.

In 1851 Jane Curgenven, aged 62, born in Little Petherick Cornwall, widow, landed proprietor, was living in Trequite, St. Kew, Cornwall.

In 1861 Jane Curgenven, aged 71, born in Little Petherick, widow, annuitant, was with her son William P. Curgenven and his family at 6 Tavistock Place, Charles The Martyr, Devon, England.

In 1871 Jane Curgenven, aged 81, born in St. Petrock [sic], widow, retired, was living in Trequite, St. Kew, Cornwall.

(John Curgenven was christened 28 Dec 1785 in St. Kew, Cornwall, died 19 May 1850 in Trequite, St. Kew, Cornwall and was buried on 24 May 1850 in St. Kew, Cornwall, aged 65 years.)
