Gives and bequeaths:
- to his son William Bawden the house and garden in which William now lives.
- to his son John Bawden £3.
- to his daughter Elizabeth Jenking £3.
- to his wife Elizabeth Bawden an annuity of £12.
- to his son Edward Bawden his two horses, his best cart and wheels with the harnesses for the two horses.
All the rest and remainder of his goods, chattels and effects he gives and bequeaths to his sons Nicholas, Christopher, James, Edward and Henry, whom he appoints co-executors of his last will and testament.
