Hugh Lanyon was bequeathed an annuity of £40 in his mother's Will (written 1826), out of the rent charge of her tenement of Pennance. And if Hugh should die without heirs then she gives and bequeaths the same to the surviving children of her late daughter Mary Huthnance as tenants in common but not joint tenants.
