Ann Lanyon of Gwinear died aged 88 years (burial record). Note that in the Royal Cornwall Gazette (Saturday, 24 Oct 1829) it incorrectly refers to Mrs. Lanyon, relict of the late Mr. John Lanyon..., the mistake possibly due to the report immediately preceding hers of the death in Gwinear of Mr. John Hambly.

To be clear, Coswin (Cornish Koswynnsowson) refers not so much to where Anne's father came from as it does to one of the leasehold estates Anne was bequeathed in her husband's Will (therein rendered as Cossawsen).
