In 1767 Jane and her husband Sir Richard Vyvyan of Trelowarren in co. Cornwall, Baronet, were bequeathed £50 in her father's will. He also gave to Jane one half of a sixteenth part of the adventure of the Eastern ports?.

In 1780 Jane and her husband Sir Richard Vyvyan, Bart., were bequeathed £50 for mourning in her mother's will.

Abstract of the Will of Dame Jane Vyvyan, Widow of Sir Richard Vyvyan, Baronet, late of Trelowarren in the County of Cornwall, written 17 Jan 1785, proved 22 Feb 1787. 2

Wills that she be buried in the same vault as the husband in Mawgan in Meneage.

Directs John Hawkins of Halvore?, Esq. and Mr. Gilbert Hele Chilcott of Helston, the executors in trust of the will of her late father Christopher Hawkins of Trewinnard, deceased, to assign and transfer to her nephew Christopher Hawkins of Trewithen, Esq. £500 worth of capital stock in old South Sea Annuities.

Gives £2,000 to her niece Mary Hawkins, to be paid out of the legacy given to her by her late mother. Also gives Mary Hawkins all her jewells, rings and trinkets except her pearl necklace and gold snuff box.

Gives £500 to the said Gilbert Hele Chilcott.

Gives £50 each to the said John Hawkins and his wife for mourning.

Appoints the said John Hawkins and Gilbert Hele Chilcott co-executors of her last will and testament.

In a codicil she gives £100 to Mrs. Jane Collins daughter of the late Rev. Mr. Edward Collins of St. Erth.
