Gives 30 shillings to the poor of the Borough of Helston.
Gives a total of £520 to his wife Ann, along with his best bed, bedding, household furniture, a chest of drawers, his best mare and his best cow, ensuring she has use use of the Barton & Mills tenement for the term of her natural life.
Gives and devises his lands and hereditaments in Trewinnard, Trewinnard Mills, Trelean Crowles Marazion, and other places besides, to his son Christopher Hawkins and the heirs male of his body.
Gives to his daughter Jane Hawkins £800 and a tenement and lands called Greeale Myow and Little Greeale Myow.
All the rest of his goods & chattels, debts & credits, he gives to his son Christopher Hawkins, making him sole executor of his last will and testament.
Appoints his wife Ann Hawkins, his brother George Hawkins, clerk, his cousin Philip Hawkins of Pennans, gent., and his brother Reginald Hawkins, clerk, as overseers and trustees of his last will and testament.
