Abstract of the Will of Evan Evans of Pwllheli in the Parish of Deneio in the County of Caernarfon, Tanner, written 20 Sep 1837, proved 1 Jun 1838.
Gives and bequeaths to his wife Margaret Evans his best gig with the harness belonging to it.
Gives and bequeaths to his wife Margaret Evans and his daughter Margaret Evans all his household furniture, plate, linen, china, share and share alike.
Gives and bequeaths £500 to his said daughter Margaret Evans, and the half ounce or one thirty second part of the sloop called Bodvel.
Gives and bequeaths £50 to his daughter Gwen Evans.
Gives and bequeaths £100 to his grandson Evan Evans, son of his daughter Gwen Evans.
All the rest, remainder and residue of his real and personal estate he gives, devises and bequeaths to his son John Evans whom he nominates, constitutes and appoints sole Executor of his last will and testament.
