In 1838 Margery Cory received 1 shilling from her father's Will.

At the time of time of the 1841 England Census Margery Cory, aged about 50 years, and husband William Cory, aged about 50 years, agricultural labourer, were living in Trebeak, Treneglos, Cornwall. With them were children: Eliza (12) and Sampson (10).

In 1843 Margery Cory was a beneficiary of the Will of her late brother William Taylor of Tremaine, receiving £50 for her personal use.

At the time of the 1851 England Census Majerey Cory, age 62 (born in Tremaine), home, and husband William Cory, age 66 (born in Jacobstow), farm labourer, were living in Trebeak Lane, Trenegloss, Cornwall.

At the time of the 1861 England Census Magery Cory, age 72, and husband William Cory, age 75, ag. labourer, were living in Lea Coomb, Tremayne.

At the time of the 1871 England Census, Margery Cory, aged 82 years, widow, annuitant, was living in Coombe, Tremayne.

Marjory Cory of Tremaine died aged 84 years (burial record). The informant (probably one of her children) overstated Margery's age by a couple of years. She was closer to 82. Her ages in the 1851, 1861 and 1871 Censuses are accurate.

Margery married William Cory, son of William Cory and Mary Ayers, on 25 Aug 1812 in Tremaine, Cornwall 1. (William Cory was born in 1785 in Jacobstow, Cornwall, christened on 7 Aug 1785 in Jacobstow, Cornwall and was buried on 12 Mar 1865 in Tremaine, Cornwall 4.)
