In the Name of God Amen, I Robert Lloyd of Llechwedd-du in the Parish of Llandanwg, in the County of Merioneth Yeoman, being sick and weak in Body, but of a sound and perfect Mind, memory, and understanding, thanks be given unto God. Calling to mind the mortallity of my Body, and knowing that it is appointed for all Men once to die, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in the manner and form following that is to say
First I give and bequeath unto my beloved Son Robert Lloyd the sum of Ten Pounds of good and lawfull money of England together with a Press-cupboard and the little Welsh-Bible now in my Room.
Also I give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Jane Lloyd the like sum of Ten Pounds, together with a Bedstead and a Wainscot pertition thereunto, lying in the Bed-room over the Parlour.
Also I give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Margaret Lloyd the like sum of Ten Pounds, together with a Chest, commonly called Cist-ystyffylog, lying by the window in the loft over the entry.
Also I give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Dorothy Lloyd the like sum of Ten pounds, together with a new Wainscot Chest lying in the Kitchen.
Also I give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Elizabeth Lloyd the like sum of Ten Pounds, together with Cupboard-Tressel lying by the large Table in the Kitchen.
All the rest and residue of my Personal Estate whatsoever I do give and bequeath unto Eleanor my dearly beloved Wife, Whom I likewise constitute, make and ordain sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. As witness my Hand this fifth Day of June, in the Year of our Lord, One thousand, eight hundred and five.

On the 29th Day of June in the year of our Lord 1805 the within-written Will was insinuated, proved, approved & in common Form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within-named Executrix Eleanor Lloyd — she being first sworn in common Form of Law and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels & Credits of the said deceased do not amount in Value to one Hundred Pounds,
