In 1891 Elizabeth A. Williams, aged 44, born in Illogan, and husband Thomas J. Williams, aged 48, born in Sithney, were in North Pool, Illogan. With them were children Elizabeth A. (24) of Redruth, single, factory powder department, and born in Illogan: John H. (21), tin miner, James (19), general labourer, Jane (16), household domestic, Helena (12), scholar, and Mary H. (6), scholar.
In June 1893 Elizabeth Ann Williams, widow, was granted Administration of her late husband's effects.
In 1901 Elizabeth A. Williams, aged 54, born in Illogan, widow, was in North Pool, Illogan. With her were son James (29) of Illogan, single, tin miner, driver (tin cart), daughter Helena Morley (22) of Illogan, married, daughter Mary H. Williams (16) of Illogan, grandsons Fredk. Chas. Morley (4) and James S. Morley (7 mo), both born in Illogan.
In 1911 Elizabeth Ann Williams, aged 64, born in Illogan, widow, was in North Pool, Carn Brea, Illogan. With her was daughter Mary Hannah Williams (26) of Illogan, single, milliner.
In 1921 Elizabeth Ann Williams, aged 74 years 4 months, born in Illogan, widow, home duties, and daughter Mary Hannah Williams (36y 5m) of Illogan, single, home duties, were in North Pool, Illogan.
