In 1815 Alice Trewhella was the sole executrix of her husband's will.

With her were children: Alice (40), independent, Christopher (35), independent, Martin (30), farmer, as well as Ann Ninnes (30), independent, [and her children] Hannah Ninnes (6) and James Ninnes (2).
