  In 1764 William Trewheela was sole executor and residuary legatee of his father's will, receiving his lands, premises and household goods in Chylason and his part in Ladydowns Crafts.

  Gives 5 shillings to each of his daughters (not named).
  Gives to his son William Trewhella his estate in Crowlis in the parish of Ludgvan, as well as half of the Georga crafts, half of his share of Ladydowns and commons, the bed in the kitchen chamber, the bed in the middle chamber, the great chest in the hall chamber, the round table and the square table in the hall, his silver coat buttons, two large silver spoons, five small silver spoons, a large brass pan, a brass crock and the bedpan.
  Gives to his son Matthew Trewhella his estate in Amelbry in Towednack, Matthew paying to the testator's brother Christopher Trewhella £2 10s. per year. Also gives Matthew one half of the Georga crafts and one half of Ladydowns and commons, the bed in the hall chamber after his wife's decease, the clock, his silver shoe buckles, four silver teaspoons and the table in the kitchen.
  Gives an annuity of 4 guineas to his wife Ann Trewhella, his little house in Crowlis along with bed and bedding, during her widowhood. 
  All the rest of his goods and effects he gives to his two sons William and Matthew Trewhella, share and share alike, appointing them co-executors of his last will and testament.
