In 1705 Katherine was appointed co-executrix of her father's will, then underage.

In 1712 Anne Williams became a beneficiary of the will of her great-aunt Anne Hickes of Camborne, widow, receiving one guinea of gold and her gold ring of seven stones.

In 1719 Anne Williams was appointed co-executrix of the will of her maternal grandfather John Courtney of Trehane in Probus, gent.
