Abstract of the Will of John Courtney of Trehan in the Parish of Probus in the County of Cornwall, Gentleman, written 13 Jan 1718/9, proved 13 Mar 1718/9. ³

After the payment of his debts he gives all the rest of his estates, lands, goods & chattels he gives to his grandchildren Mary, Anne and Catherine, the daughters of John Williams, Esquire, deceased, appointing them co-executrices of his last will and testament.
