In 1716 Mary Lanyon was beneficiary of her mother's will, receiving £100.
In 1721 Mary Lanyon was the sole executrix of her husband's will.

Gives to her son Tobias Lanyon a broad piece of gold valued at 20 shillings.
Gives to her son John Lanyon a broad piece of gold valued at 20 shillings.
Gives £40 to her son Henry Lanyon.
Gives 5 shillings to her daughter Dorothy Lanyon.
Gives 20 shillings to the poor of the parish of Gwinear.
All the rest of her goods and chattels she gives to her daughters Mary the wife of Hugh Ley of Redruth and Elizabeth the wife of John Collins of Breage, and appoints the co-executrices of her last will and testament.
