Order to the...escheator [beyond Trent] to deliver to Nicholas de Sancto Mauro and Ellen his wife, firstborn daughter and one of the heirs of Alan la Zousche, tenant in chief, their pourparty of the lands late of Alan, assigned to them with the assent of Robert de Holand and Maud his wife, younger daughter and the other heir, to wit, the manor of Northmolton, co. Devon, extended at 25l. 15d., and a moiety of the manor of Great Gatesden, co. Hertford, extended at 6l. 6s. 5d.; Nicholas having done homage.

Order to the same to deliver to the said Robert and Maud their like pourparty, to wit, the manor of Halsho and Brackele, co. Northampton, extended at 32l. 15s. 4½d., a moiety of the manor of Great Gatesden extended at 6l. 6s. 5d., and a view of frankpledge in Shipton and Sibford, co. Oxford, extended at 10s. a year; Robert having done homage; and to deliver to him all issues thereof from the death of Alan.

Grant to Maud, late the wife of Robert de Holand, tenant in chief, for a fine of 500 marks whereof she will pay the Exchequer 55l. 11s. at Easter next, Michaelmas following, Easter following, Michaelmas following, and 55l. 11s. 2d. at Michaelmas following, of the marriage of Robert, son and heir of the said Robert, a minor in the king's ward; and if he die before his coming of age and marriage, his heir being a minor, she shall have the marriage of such heir, and so from heir to heir.

Stafford. Inq. taken at Stafford on Thursday after St. Lawrence the Martyr, 23 Edw. III.

She held no lands &c. in the bailiwick.

She died on Whitsunday last. Robert de Holand, her son, aged 30 years and more, is her heir.

Buckingham. Inq. taken at Aylesbury before Thomas Fermbaud or Ferbaud, escheator, on Saturday the feast of the Decollation of St. John the Baptist, 23 Edw. III.

Little Broghton by Aylesbury. The manor, held of Henry earl of Lancaster as of the honour of Leicester as dower after the death of Robert de Holand, sometime her husband, by service of a rose yearly.

Derby. Inq. taken at Dalbury, Wednesday after St. Lawrence the Martyr, 23 Edw. III.

Dalbury. The manor, the reversion whereof belongs to Robert son and heir of the said Robert de Holand, held for her life by the grant of Adam de Preston...

Shepesheved. A third part of the manor held of the king in chief by service of an eighth part of a knight's fee for her life, jointly with Robert de Holand, deceased, late her husband, of the gift of Adam de Preston and William de Wyrkesworth, who enfeoffed them thereof for their lives, with remainder to Robert their son and the heirs of his body...

Hals and Brackele. The manor held for her life of the king in chief by service of a knight's fee of the gift of Adam de Preston and William de Wyrkesworth to her and Robert, her late husband, for their lives, with remainder to Robert their son and the heirs of his body, which son Robert survives.
Kyngessutton. The manor, with the hundred of Sutton, held to her and the heirs of the bodies of herself and Robert, sometime her husband, of the gift of Hugh de Denford, of the earl of Lincoln by service of a sparrow-hawk or 2s. yearly; the reversion belongs to Robert their son.
