In the 1939 Register Frank G Norman (b. 5 Aug 1885), machinery merchant, and wife Elsie Norman (b. 12 Jul 1885), unpaid domestic duties, were living at 58 St Michael's Road, Cardiff, Glamorgan.

In July 1953 Frank George Norman of 58 Saint Michaels-road Llandaff, retired machinery engineer, was granted Administration of his late wife's personal effects.
