Gives and bequeaths to his wife Elizabeth and to his three daugthers Mary Morgan, Eleanor Morgan and Elvira Morgan his leasehold of eight dwellings in St. Lythian in the parish of St. Georges.
Also gives and bequeaths to his said wife and daughters his lease of two dwellings in the village of Aberthin in the parish of Llanblethian in co. Glamorgan.
Directs his wife and said daughters to pay to his daughter Ann Morgan 2 shillings per week for the term of her natural life, arising from the aforesaid properties.
Gives and bequeaths to his granddaughter Elizabeth Hugh daughter of William Hugh of the parish of Treguff? in co. Glamorgan the lease of a dwelling in St. Lythan Down in the parish of St. Georges where Richard now resides.
Orders that, following the death of his wife Elizabeth Morgan, that any or all of his said three daughters will pay to his daughter Elizabeth Morgan the sum of £5.
Appoints his wife Elizabeth and his three daughters Mary Morgan, Eleanor Morgan and Elvira Morgan co-executrices of his last will and testament.
