In 1627 Samuell Tipping and his brother William Tipping were co-executors of their father's will.

In 1648 Samuel Tipping was named as a beneficiary in the will of his brother William Tipping of Draycott in Oxfordshire.

Samuel married Katherine Lenton, daughter of Edward Lenton of Gray's Inn and Anne Rants, about 1632.
