Jacob Fox was bequeathed 20 shillings in the Will of his brother Thomas Fox of Illogan (1697).

In Apr 1706 Jacob Fox and his brothers Arthur, Benjamin and John were granted Administration of the goods of their late brother Emanuel Fox.

In 1718 Jacob Fox and William Craze were churchwardens for Illogan parish.

Beneficiary and co-executor of his mother's Will (1719)

In 1728 Jacob Fox paid 5 shillings 5 pence rates in Illogan.

In 1729 Jacob Fox paid 11 shillings 11 pence rates in Illogan.

In Aug 1729 Jacob Fox and his brother Arthur took inventory of the goods and chattels of Thomas Hockin of Illogan, deceased.

In 1730 Jacob Fox paid 10 shillings 10 pence rates out of his part of Nancekicke (Nancekuke) toward the reparation of Illogan church.

Gives a guinea of gold to his brother Arthur Fox.

All of his goods and chattels his gives to his brother Beniamine Fox whom he makes sole executor of his last will and testament.
