Abstract of the Will of Benjamin Fox of the Parish of Illogan in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 3 Aug 1737, proved 8 Nov 1737. 2
Gives to John Fox the son of Arthur Fox the tenement of Raill along with its corn, two oxen, five young bullocks, two cows, one colt, and ten sheep, so long as he pays £5 to his sister Rebecca Trewartha, £5 to his sister Elizabeth Fox, and £10 to his brother Arthur Fox.
Gives 5 shillings to John Fox the son of John Fox.
Gives 5 shillings to An Fox daughter of John Fox.
Gives 5 shillings to Christian Fox daughter of John Fox.
Gives £10 10s. to his brother Arthur Fox.
All his goods and chattels not already bequeathed he gives to Diana Fox and Rebecca Fox whom he makes and ordains joint executrices of his last will and testament.
Gives to Arthur Fox and Stephen Tonkin all his goods and chattels in Trust for his executrices during their minority.
