In 1861 Richard Fox (26) of Illogan, copper miner, and wife Susan (24) of Redruth were living in Harris Mill, Redruth. With them were children (born in Redruth): Emily (2), Richard (5 mo), sister Mary Ann Fox (20) of Illogan, general servant.

Richard Fox was not with his family during the 1871 through 1891 UK Censuses.
