In 1649 George Tippinge was a beneficiary of his father's will, receiving his lands, tenements & hereditaments in Attington, Tetsworth and Draycott in co. Oxon.
In 1662 George Tipping was one of the trustees of the will of his brother-in-law John Tooke of Minchinhampton in co. Gloucester, Esq.

Abstract of the Will of George Tipping of Draicott (Draycott) in the County of Oxon, Esquire, written 18 Oct 1692, proved 27 Sep 1694. 4
Gives to his son William Tipping and his daughters Grace Tipping and Frances Tipping his tenement in Draycott where Bridget Slaughter currently resides, with its orchards, gardens, outhouses &c. After their decease, he wills the same to his son George Tipping and his heirs male. In default of issue, he wills the same to the heirs male of his son William.
Whereas there was a Deed of Settlement of lands upon the marriage of his son George Tipping to Mrs. Ann Waller, he is holding in reserve the remainder of his estate in case George dies without heirs.
Gives £20 to his wife along with all her rings, jewels, clothing and other items of her choosing.
Gives 20 shillings each to his son George Tipping and his wife to buy them rings.
Gives 20 shillings to his son-in-law John Tipping to buy him a ring.
Gives 20 shillings to Bartholomew, son of the said John Tipping by his daughter.
Gives £50 pounds each to the other children of John Tipping by his daughter, namely John, Rebeckah and Elizabeth.
Gives £10 to his brother William Tipping.
Gives 40 shillings each to his nieces Smith and Shuling.
Gives 20 shillings to his nephew William Tooke.
Gives 40 shillings to the poor of Ickford.
Gives 40 shillings to the executors of Mr. Jones, formerly butler of new June? Hall when the testator was of that house. He gives the same to the executors of Matthew Gelliman and of Anthony Jeff, both formerly servants of that house.
Gives 30 shillings to the executors of Thomas Young Senr of Crewdon?.
Gives 50 shillings to to the executors of Mr. Thomas Phillips, formerly of Ickford, father of the elder Thomas Phillips, now of Ickford.
Gives £8 10s. to Mr. Rollo of Chalfont or to his executors.
Gives the corn in his barn, his cattle, ready money and the rest of his personal estate, to his daughters Grace Tipping and Frances Tipping.
Appoints his wife sole executrix of his last will and testament.
Probate was granted to his widow and relict Rebecca Tipping.
