Abstract of the Will of Julianna Penneck of the Town of Penzance in the County of Cornwall, Widow, written 30 May 1796, proved 4 May 1808. ²

Gives to her daughter Frances her household furniture, house linen, clothing and money remaining after payment of her debts and expenses.

Gives to her granddaughter Sarah Penneck her silver cup which had been left to her by her aunt Sarah Keigwin.

Appoints her daughter Frances Penneck sole executrix of her last will and testament.
