At the time of the 1891 England Census Flora C. Blakeney, aged 40, born in Grosvenor Square London, and husband Edward H. Blakeney, aged 43, born in Quebec Canada, clerk (. . . . . . . bank), were living in Lewin Rd., Streatham London. With them was son Stepney E. (14) of Sydenham Surrey.

At the time of the 1901 England Census Flora C. Blakeney, aged 50, born in London, and husband Edwin [sic] H. Blakeney, aged 53, born in Canada, bank clerk, were living at 63 Tankerville Rd., Streatham London. With them was son Stepney E. (25) of Sydenham London, mechanical engineer.

In March 1903 Flora Constance Blakeney, widow, was granted Probate of her late husband's personal effects.
