In August 1855 Henry T. B. Collier was present at the marriage of his daughter Harriet Augusta Collier to Alexander Campbell in St. George Hanover Square, London.
At the time of the 1861 England Census Henry T. B. Collier, aged 69*, born in London, widower, vice-admiral Royal Navy, was lodging at 10 Little Ryder Street, Westminster St. James, Middlesex.
At the time of the 1871 England Census Henry T. B. Collier, aged 79*, born in London, retired admiral, and [2nd] wife Maria G. Collier, aged 25, born in Ombersley Worc, were living at 25 Ryder Street, Westminster St. James. With them was daughter Rosalie H. (4) of London.
* Henry's age appears to have been understated by a decade in all sources. Per the article below, Henry entered the Royal Navy in 1800. It is therefore not possible for him to have been born about 1792.

NAVAL AND MILITARY INTELLIGENCE.
Admiral Henry Theodosius B. Collier died at Ryder-street, St. James's, on the 10th inst. The deceased Admiral entered the navy in April, 1800, as a volunteer, and in the following October accompanied the expedition to Belleisle and Ferrol, and served in the boats of the Brilliant, cutting out the French corvette Guêpe from Vigo Bay. He was in attendance on George III. at Weymouth, and assisted at the capture of La Bacchante, 18 ; La Colombe, 16 ; L' Adour, store ship ; and Le Général Moreau, 16 ; and after further serving at the capture of the French frigate President, and at the passage of the Dardanelles, obtained a lieutenancy into the Banterer, 22, June 3, 1807, and in that capacity served in the expedition to Copenhagen, and witnessed the destruction of three French frigates off the Sables d'Olonne, and capture of La Mouche, 16, and La Rejouie, 8, in 1809, and was senior of the Leda, 36, at the capture of Java in 1811. In 1812 he was appointed lieutenant governor of Madras hospital, and was advanced to commander Oct. 24, same year. In 1814 and 1815 he commanded the Crocus at the Nore. In 1819, the Falmouth, 20, at Cork ; and in 1822, the Espiegle, 18, at the Cape of Good Hope. He obtained post rank Dec. 26, 1822 ; accepted the retirement, Oct. 1, 1846 ; became rear admiral Dec. 17, 1852 ; vice admiral, Jan. 5, 1858 ; and admiral Jun 26, 1863.
