In May 1869 Justina Maria Stepney Collier (wife of George Baring Browne Collier, Esquire) and her brother Alan James Gulston of Dirleton in Llandilofawr in co. Carmarthen, Esquire, were co-executors of the Will of their mother Anna Maria Gulston of Claines in co. Worcester, widow.
In November 1873 Justina Maria Stepney Collier was present at the marriage of her daughter Stepney Clothilde Collier to Frank Forty in Cheltenham Gloucestershire.
At the time of the 1881 England Census Stepney Collier, aged 59, born in Brighton Sussex, married, was at 22 Oxford Gardens, Kensington London. With her were son Reginald (20) of Cheltenham Gloucestershire, son-in-law Meredith Bevan (28) of Penzance Cornwall, linen agent, and daughter Rosalind Bevan (24) of Donnington Berks.
