Gives and bequeaths £900 out of his personal property to Robert Jones of Plas ucha in the County of Merioneth, Gentleman, and Morris Jones of Parkia in the Parish of Criccieth in the County of Carnarvon, Gentleman, in Trust, whom he names as Trustees under his last will.

The interest of the £400 is to be paid to his said daughter Elizabeth and if she dies then to her child or children for their maintenance. Gives and bequeaths to his son Owen the land called Droellan, except the slaughter house which he devises and bequeaths to his son John. Charges his son Owen to pay to his sisters Elizabeth and Jane £200 out of the above land and leasehold property.

All the rest and remainder of his personal estate he gives and bequeaths to his two sons, nominating and appointing them joint Executors of his last will and testament.
