On the First day of June in the Year of our Lord 1836 Personally appeared Griffith Griffiths and alledged that Catherine Griffith of Mochras in the Parish of Llanbedr in the County of Merioneth, Widow, died in the Year of our Lord 1835, Intestate, without making any Will, that this appearer is the lawful son, and next of Kin of the said deceased, Wherefore he prays that Administration of all and singular the Goods, Chattels, and Credits of the said Deceased be granted to him on giving the usual security.
Let Administration pass as prayed to the said Griffith Griffiths, he being first personally sworn upon the Holy Evangelists as the law directs, and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in Value to the sum of One hundred Pounds.
