These are to certify, that Thomas Prior, son of George Prior and Mary Prior his wife, who was daughter of John Hulbert, was born in Prescot Street in the parish of Saint Mary White Chappel in the county of Middlesex this seventeenth day of March in the year 1779, at whose birth were present Wm Complin, E Complin (birth record).
