These are to certify, that William Prior, son of George Prior and Mary Prior his wife, who was daughter of John Hulbert, was born in Prescot Street in the parish of Saint Mary White Chappel in the county of Middlesex this fourth day of March in the year 1774, at whose birth were present Wm Complin, E Complin (birth record).

Appoints his brother John Prior sole executor of his last will and testament and bequeaths him all his landed property and his manor at Halse Somersetshire, along with Wivelscombe Turnpike bond worth £100, and various amounts owed to William.
Gives & bequeaths to his servants Richard and Mary Keeble £40 over and above their wages, along with his horse Stanhope together with harness, stable, utensils, and fodder.
Gives & bequeaths £500 to Charles and Martha Douglas at or near 24 Roston Street John St. Road London.
Gives & bequeaths to hospital and charitable institutions in and around London, namely the London Hospital, the Magdalen, the Foundling, the Lock Hospital and Hospital for Pregnant Women near Westminster Bridge, £7,350 stock in the New Four Per Cent, and £6,000 stock Three Percent Reduced, and other amounts to the same.
