At the time of the 1911 England Census Charlotte Spackman, aged 54, born in Cheltenham Glocestershire, single, teacher of singing (own account), was with her widowed father at 14 Albert Place, Cheltenham Gloucestershire.

In May 1923 Charlotte Spackman, spinster, was granted Probate of her late father's personal effects.

In the 1939 Register Charlotte Spackman (b. 23 Sep 1851), single, unpaid domestic duties, was at 85 Bath Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. At the same address was [sister] Jane Streeter (b. 16 Dec 1849), married, unpaid domestic duties.
