Will of Reginald Ross Hely late of Newcastle - an Officer with the R.A.A.F., written 3 Apr 1941, probate 15 Jul 1943.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me REGINALD ROSS HELY of Newcastle in the State of New South Wales Royal Australian Air Force Aircraftsman. I APPOINT my father NORMAN HELY and my mother FLORENCE BEATRICE HELY as the Executors and Trustees of my Will (hereinafter referred to as my Trustees). I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH unto my Trustees all my property both real and personal UPON TRUST after payment thereout of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and death duties for equal division between my said father and mother they respectively surviving me BUT should either of them predecease me THEN I DECLARE that the share which the parent dying would have taken had he or she survived me shall go and pass to my sister ISMAE ALISON HELY absolutely and should both my said parents predecease me that the whole of my estate shall go and pass to my said sister and should she have attained the age of twenty-one years I APPOINT in such circumstances my said sister as sole executrix of my Will BUT should she not have attained the age of twenty-one years at my death I APPOINT the PUBLIC TRUSTEE as the executor of my will. I REVOKE all former Wills. IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at Newcastle this Third day of April One thousand nine hundred and forty one.
