THIS IS THE LAST WILL and TESTAMENT of me ELIZABETH HUME HELY wife of John Thomas Hely Senior of Ashfield in the State of New South Wales Retired Sergeant of Police I APPOINT my sons JOHN THOMAS HELY Junior and CHARLES HELY to be Executors and Trustees of this my Will I GIVE DEVISE and BEQUEATH all my real and personal property whatsoever and wheresoever situate and whatever nature and kind soever unto my Trustees UPON TRUST to sell call in and convert into money such parts thereof as do not consist of money and to divide the nett proceeds of such sale and conversion as aforesaid and any other moneys equally amongst all my children who shall be living at my death and the issue of any of those who may have predeceased me such issue if more than one to take per stirpes and not per capita the share of his her or their parent under this my Will AND LASTLY hereby revoking all former Wills and testamentary dispositions at any time heretofore made by me I DECLARE this to be my last Will and Testament IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this Eleventh day of February One thousand nine hundred and thirty six.
