Will of Amelia Jane Whiting, late of Wagga Wagga, Widow.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, AMELIA JANE WHITING, Widow, of 122 Tarcutta Street Wagga in the State of New South Wales. I HEREBY revoke all Wills heretofore made by me, and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. I APPOINT my son JOHN HENRY WHITING, Member of Australian Military Forces... to be Executor and Trustee of this my Will. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH, that all my property whatsoever, both real and personal be divided equally between my five children John Henry Whiting, Elaine Mary Glenn (married woman), Thomas Francis Whiting, Walter Frederick Whiting, and Charles Hely Whiting, after payment of my just debts and providing the sum of Twenty pounds (£20) for cost of erection of a headstone for the grave of my late husband Henry Hasson Whiting. IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this First day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and forty two. AMELIA J. WHITING.

"MRS. E. J. WHITING

The death occurred in Wagga yesterday of Mrs. Emily Jane Whiting, of 122 Tarcutta-street, at the age of 64 years. Mrs. Whiting, who was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Healy, was born in Wagga, where she was married to Mr. Henry Whiting, who predeceased her six years ago. Mrs. Whiting is survived by a family of four sons and one daughter. Messrs. J. H. (Bill) Whiting, A.I.F.; Thomas, Walter, Charles, and Nell (Mrs. Ashley Glenn), all of Wagga. She is also survived by two brothers, Messrs. Alfred (Lai) Healy and Prosper Healy, both of Sydney. The funeral cortege will leave St. Michael's Cathedral, Wagga, at 2.30 this afternoon for the Wagga cemetery." ^{4 5}
