At the time of the 1911 England Census Mary Ann Beeney, age 26, born in Mayfield Sussex, mother of 1 child, and husband of 1½ years Charles Beeney, age 25, born in Heigh Street Ticehurst Sussex, waggoner on farm, were living in Stone Crouch Cottages, Kilndown, Goudhurst, Kent. With them was son Charles Henry Beeney (1) of Quidley Flimwell [Ticehurst].
