In Mar 1850 Wm Morris Junr was present at the marriage of his sister Mercy Morris to Thomas King in Eastbourne Sussex.

At the time of the 1851 England Census William Morris Junr., aged 37, born in Eastbourne Sussex, auctioneer & appraiser, and wife Esther W, aged 33, born in Newhaven Sussex, were living in South Street, Eastbourne. Visiting was Fanny Wymark (29?) of Newhaven, fund holder.

In 1854 William was a beneficiary of his father's Will.

At the time of the 1861 England Census William Morris, aged 48, born in Eastbourne Sussex, watch maker & auctioneer, and wife Hester W., aged 43, born in Newhaven Sussex, were living in South Street, Eastbourne. With them were children (born in Eastbourne): Sarah W. (9), scholar, Agustus W. (11 weeks), and Martha (5), scholar.

At the time of the 1871 England Census William Morris, aged 57, born in Eastbourne Sussex, retired auctioneer, and wife Esther, aged 53, born in Newhaven Sussex, were living at 37 South Street, Eastbourne. With them were daughters (born in Eastbourne): Sarah W (18), and Martha W. (15).
