Abstract of the Will of William Anwyl of Cwmerau in the Parish of Talyllyn in the County of Merioneth, Farmer, written 8 Mar 1803, inventory taken 20 May 1803, will proved 14 Jun 1803, probate granted 28 Jul 1803.
Gives & bequeaths £250 to his son Evan Anwyl.
Gives & bequeaths £250 to his son Edward Anwyl.
In case his sons die before the money shall be paid, then he gives & bequeaths £100 to his wife Ann Anwyl; £50 to each of his brothers Evan Anwyl, Morris Anwyl, John Anwyl and Thomas Anwyl; £50 to his sister Jane Roberts of Dol y glynen; £50 to his nephew Rowland Lewis now of Esgairweddan, and £100 to be divided equally between the children of his sister Mary Davies deceased.
All the rest & residue of his personal estate he gives & bequeaths to his wife Ann Anwyl whom he makes, ordains, constitutes & appoints sole executrix of his last will and testament.
Appoints his said brothers Evan Anwyl, Morris Anwyl, John Anwyl and Thomas Anwyl overseers and Trustees of his last will and testament.
