Abstract of the Will of Mary Anwyl of Ffrondeg in the Parish of Pennal in the County of Merioneth, Spinster, written 30 Jan 1804, proved 6 Jul 1804, probate granted 28 Jul 1804.

Leaves & bequeaths £50 to her brother Maurice Anwyl of Frondeg, Clerk.

Gives & bequeaths all her household goods & furniture to her nephews & nieces Robert Anwyl, Evan Anwyl, Charles Anwyl, Elizabeth Anwyl and Catharine Anwyl, the children of her brother the said Maurice Anwyl by Ann his wife.

Gives & bequeaths to her said niece Elizabeth Anwyl her best bedsteads, hangings, feather bed, boulster, pillow, coverlet and blankets, together with her six silver teaspoons and sugar tongues.

To her said niece Catharine Anwyl her three silver tablespoons and silver tumbler.

Gives & bequeaths to her said two nieces Elizabeth and Catharine Anwyl all her linen.

Gives & bequeaths £20 to her niece Anna Maria Hughes wife of William Hughes of the town of Machynlleth, attorney-at-law, along with her large oak chest and drawers now in her bedchamber.

To her aunt Catharine Anwyl of Ffrondeg the sum of 5 guineas.

To her sister-in-law Margaret Anwyl of Llugwy the sum of 5 guineas for a mourning.

To her sister-in-law Ann Anwyl of Llugwy the sum of 5 guineas for a mourning.

To her nephew Jonathan Bunce Anwyl of Llugwy 5 guineas

To her cousin Mary Evans, eldest daughter of her uncle Hugh Evans late of Dolynog Esquire deceased but now of Bryn in county Montgomery, spinster.

To her cousin Ann Owen wife of Mr Edward Owen of Newtown in county Montgomery, apothecary, 5 guineas

To Margaret Davies daughter of David Davies late of Dolglynen deceased by Jane his wife, 5 guineas

Gives & bequeaths to her brother Evan Anwyl of Llugwy her best brass brewing pan now at Ffrondeg, and after his decease, to her said niece Anna Maria Hughes.

All the rest & residue of her personal estate she gives & bequeaths to her said brother Evan Anwyl of Llugwy, whom she nominates, constitutes & appoints sole executor of her last will and testament.
