Co-executrix of her husband's Will (1733)

Abstract of the Will of Mary Evans of the Town of Machynlleth in the County of Montgomery, Widow, written 5 Mar 1742, proved 19 Dec 1747.
Gives, devises & bequeaths to her second son Hugh Evans all her messuages, tenements & lands with the hereditaments in the parishes of St. Harmon & Nantinsl in county Radnor and all her freehold estate in the said county.
Also gives, devises & bequeaths to her said son Hugh all her personal estate consisting of mortgages, bonds, bills, notes, money, shop goods &c.
Gives, devises & bequeaths £150 to her daughter Susan Evans on her marriage, upon condition that she marries a person whose estate and substance shall be equivalent to the said legacy and what was given to her by her father's will. Otherwise she is to receive but one shilling.
Nominates & appoints her son Hugh Evans sole executor of her last will and testament.
Gives, devises & bequeaths £50 to be laid out at interest which is to be paid yearly to her granddaughter and goddaughter Mary Anwyl until she reaches the age of 21 years or marries, at which time she will receive the said legacy. If she dies before she turns 21, then said legacy shall be for any younger children of her son-in-law Morris Anwyl by Mary's daughter Anne.
Gives 40 shillings to her goddaughter Mary daughter of Isaac Evans of Llanwrin.
Gives & bequeaths to her said granddaughter Mary Anwyl her brass brewing pan and feather bed.
Gives & bequeaths to her said daughter Susan all her household stuff.
Desires that John Edwards of Crychenant, Gent. and Lewis Thomas of Pennal, Clerk, should be Trustees of her last will and testament, giving to them 1 guinea each.
